Albert Bridge
Created using the same techniques I established in the Degas Ballerina Series, this work of art was made in one day on site at Albert Bridge for the Pintar Rapido Exhibition at Chelsea Town Hall. The images of the bridge and its details were photographed by myself, digitally manipulated and then hand transferred onto the acrylic paint and gold leaf background. The striking juxtaposition of the black and white details with the colourful background epitomizes the relationship of the built environment to nature.
